Mr. Prasert Prasarttong-osoth, the president & CEO of Bangkok Airways, recently presided over the inauguration ceremony of the airline’s new service between Samui and Hong Kong at Hong Kong International Airport, whilst also led a group of VIPs and businessmen from Samui aboard the airline’s inaugural flight from Samui to Hong Kong for this occasion.
Bangkok Airways’ non-stop service between Samui and Hong Kong is scheduled on three-weekly basis on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The flights leaves Samui at 08.40 am to arrive in Hong Kong at 12.40 pm. On the return sector, it leaves Hong Kong at 13.40 pm to arrive in Samui at 15.40 pm. Flight time is approximately three hours by which Hong Kong is one hour ahead of Thailand’s local time.
