Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Pattaya’s most happenin’ hotel, on 26 September 2005 hosted a dinner party, which was nothing short of a fiesta, to celebrate its recent string of major beverage and culinary awards; three (3) gold medals for “Miss Bartender 2005”, Canap? Decoration, Garden Tray Setup at the recent Latino Carnival Pattaya Bartender Contest 2005 , two (2) silver medals – Fruit & Vegetable Carving Show Piece, On-Stage Fruit & Vegetable Carving and a bronze medal in the Asian Cuisine Cooking at the 11th Culinary Gathering of Cooks & Chefs-International Food & Hotel Service (IFHS), 2005.
The event was held at the hotel’s foam party pool area and featured an extensive international and Thai buffet including roasted meat from its huge spit-roast grill, which can roast a whole carcass of beef for special functions and catering service.
Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya General Manager Andrew Khoo presented valuable plaques – fashioned after awards received by rock stars and musicians – to award-winning Band Members (staff) for their sterling achievements.
After thanking and congratulating the Hard Rock Heroes, Mr. Khoo urged all Band Members to “keep up the good work and continue focusing on their respective training programs,” in line with Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya’s perpetual aim of providing Stars (guests) with a “unique, memorable and fun experience in the spirit of rock ‘n’ roll”.
