dwp cityspace, a leading Thailand-based design company, has received three prestigious international awards at the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards 2005. The Award Presentation was held on Tuesday 22 November 2005 at the Grand Ballroom, Conrad Hotel, Admiralty in Hong Kong.
The three winning projects are:
Earth Spa at Six Senses’ Evason Hideaway in Hua Hin, winning a Gold Prize in Hotel Category for its originality, aesthetics and environmental concern, a perfect harmony of local wisdom and modern spa concept;
Hewlett-Packard Thailand Head Office, winning a Silver Prize, out of over 400 entries in Corporate Category for its cutting-edge design, a successful blend of aesthetics, space planning, innovation, cost-effectiveness and functionality; and
Nestle Thailand Head Office, receiving an honourable mention in Corporate Category for its design which, in addition to effective space planning and functionality, expresses the corporate philosophy and identity, while encouraging interactivities and stimulating a sense of fun and creativity – a vision clearly communicated through design.

Asia Pacific Interior Design Award (APIDA) is organized by the Interior Design Association of Hong Kong – a member of the International Federation of Interior Architects and Designers (IFI) and Asia Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA), with the aims of:
– Promoting public awareness of interior design as an important aspect of everyday life;
– Acknowledging / give industry recognition to deserving projects and designers; and
– Encouraging and promoting professional standards and ethics among interior design practices operating in the region.
